Our Previous Work
Backyard Home in Clayton
We transformed an underutilized backyard workshop into a 2-bedroom, wheelchair friendly home. The ADU has a dedicated yard and maintains privacy for the adjacent primary home.

Oak Park Cottages
This was the single-family home that no one wanted. We used the State and City's ADU ordinance to turn it into three modern cottages.

On the Boards...
A selection of projects we currently have at various stages of development.

Lincoln Park House
A new construction home which maximizes modern ideals of light, open concept, and volume and blends it so that the home is at once contemporary but in harmony with a traditional style.
Highland Park House
This new construction home uses subtle architectural moments, such as walls pulled back from the ceiling and clerestory windows over the kitchen cabinets to create a modern home that has an architectural flow and is filled with natural light.

Knightsbridge Condo Remodel
A sensitive and balanced upgrade to a historical apartment building and what was once the janitor's quarters
Madison Square Gardens
San Francisco HQ
This tenant improvement project was formerly an historic pier terminal and was repurposed to accommodate Madison Square Gardens' San Francisco Headquarters and was completed with William Duff Architects.
